Leonardo Ost

Originally from Rome, he began his journey into dance at 13 years old. After discovering Lindy Hop he was never able to leave it behind! He thus decided to undertake an intense study of this dance, soon becoming a teacher not only of Lindy Hop but also of Blues, Authentic Jazz, St Louis Shag and Tap, also taking many inspirations from Balboa, classical/contemporary/modern and Afro dance.
Leonardo believes that learning all these different dance styles helps him achieve total awareness of his own body movements and consequently allows for a better connection with his dance partner.
Leonardo has participated in many international festivals as a teacher and performer, competing and attending lessons with the best swing dancers in the world.
