Membro di uno dei più noti ed influenti gruppi Swing del mondo: i Rhythm Hot Shots. Viaggiando per gareggiare ed insegnare in ogni angolo del mondo, Frida si è guadagnata la fama di essere una delle migliori ballerine di Lindy Hop, Charleston e Jazz. Da alcuni anni fa parte del comitato direttivo del più ampio e comprensivo evento internazionale di Swing, che si tiene ogni estate in Svezia: Herrang Dance Camp.

Member of one of the most influential Swing Groups of the World: The Rhythm Hot Shots. Traveling for competing and teaching all around the world, Frida has become one of the best Lindy Hop, Charleston and Jazz dancers. For some years she is a member of the management committee of one of the wide international Swing Event: Herrang Dance Camp that takes place every summer in Sweden.
